Over the last five months, our project has been a lifeline of hope for children with congenital heart disease in low-income communities across Venezuela. Through unwavering dedication and the generosity of our supporters, we have provided more than 85 cardiology appointments, ensuring each child received electrocardiograms (EKGs) and echocardiograms, vital tools for detecting and managing heart conditions.
Beyond diagnosis, we extended our care by distributing essential medications and conducting Holter monitor studies for children requiring specialized monitoring. These services were not just numbers—they were lifelines, offering families the medical attention they had long been praying for.
Our work has impacted more than 125 families, many of whom had exhausted every possible avenue to get the care their children needed. In the heart of Zulia, Táchira, Mérida, Trujillo, and Lara, we stood alongside families who, despite overwhelming challenges, never stopped believing in a miracle.
