Fundacion Estrellita de Belen is on a heartfelt mission to provide crucial and life-saving medical assistance and medical supplies to underpriledged children in Venezuela battling Congenital Heart Defect.

When Leonardo was 10 years old, he experienced a frightening incident while playing with a ball - he suddenly fainted. After rushing him to the local hospital, he was diagnosed with a heart defect. Following this diagnosis, he was referred to a specialist who confirmed that Leonardo had a condition known as Wolfe Parkinson White defect, which, fortunately, could be successfully treated with a Catheter Ablation procedure.

Leonardo's mom reached out to Fundación Estrellita de Belen, and we immediately coordinated with Ascardio, a team of Cardiology Specialists. Thanks to the collaborative efforts of our organization and Ascardio, Leonardo received the essential medical procedure he needed. Today, one year later, Leonardo is not only healthy but also thriving. He's back on the baseball field, playing in the Little League with the same enthusiasm as his peers.

Our commitment to Leonardo's well-being didn't end with the procedure. We continue to provide him with the necessary follow-up care and support to ensure he enjoys a bright and healthy future.

Leonardo's inspiring journey is just one example of how Fundación Estrellita de Belen strives to make a lasting difference in the lives of children facing Congenital Heart Disease. Your support helps us bring hope, healing, and smiles to children like Leonardo. Thank you for being a part of our mission.
