During the reporting period, there was a change in the location for the construction of a safe house in Trebinje because the City of Trebinje allocated the originally planned location to a donor who in the meantime appeared with an offer to build a center for social work and with ready funds for the construction of that facility. As we still do not have the money collected for its complete construction, and that donor was looking for that very plot because it is located in an ideal location in the city center and on flat terrain, we were allocated another plot. I have to point out that our City of Trebinje does not have much in the offer of urban locations, so we accepted the same one, even if it is much more demanding to arrange. This automatically led to changing the documentation for obtaining a building permit, which automatically took time.
