Our dearest Friends,
This report covers the period from November 20, 2019 to February 19, 2020, and is our fifth reporting quarter of the Safeguarding Frogs and Birds in Masuria, Poland project. As you already know, we applied for the Measure 5.3. Protection of biological diversity, scheme A grant.
It is hard to believe it is happening! After over a year of hard work and tons of papers (during the whole grant application process we had to print thousands of pages despite the fact that this is an environmental project!!!; it does not seem anyone from the government officials cares about the environment!!!) our application was rejected due to the minor mistake which does not have any effect on any results of our project. This is just bureaucracy at its worst!
If you can read a letter we have attached with this report you can feel the nonsense of it. Our decision is to fight this bureaucracy! We are ready for battle!
Valentine's Day isn't all about the gifts, sometimes is about justice. Today, on this special Valentine's day, we file a claim in Provincial Administrative Court in Olsztyn.
But ...we couldn't have done it without your continued support. On behalf of our team, I offer you our sincerest gratitude.
