Every day, the Hospital at Obras Sociales del Santo Hermano Pedro depends on its laundry department to provide clean, sanitized linens, gown, towels, and uniforms that are essential for safe, quality patient care. Each month, the hospital processes more than 80,000 pounds of laundry under strict infection prevention standards. Years of heavy use have left the laundry facility and equipment outdated and less efficient, making it increasingly difficult to meet the growing needs of the hospital.

Renovating the laundry equipment and laundry room will improve efficiency, strengthen infection control, enhance working conditions and ensure a reliable supply of clean linens for every patient.
Improving the laundry facility will continue to provide safer, more dignified, and compassionate care for thousands of patients who come to Obras Sociales each year seeking hope and healing.
