Challenge

People have no health and medical care centre nearer to Survepalli; more than 25000 people are away from health, medical services; most of them died on the way to hospital; people go to unqualified dais, quacks for treatment; or get medicines from petty shops on self prescriptions causes the health further critical; people borrow money at high interest rates; after discharging from hospitals, patients are unemployed and on rest; so they can not repay the amount; become debtors to money lenders.

Solution

After construction of RCHMC, it provides health and medical services to Tribes, Dalits, poor and downtrodden people in door steps via mobile health and medical camps; critical cases will be taken to RCHMC and provide treatment with the concept of high tech treatment at low cost. RCHMC would collect nominal amount on no loss & no gain policy to save the lives of the people. RCHMC would be 10 bedded with facilities of diagnosis - lab, technicians, doctors, nurses and all to provide treatment.

Long-Term Impact

Village people would get health, medical services at right time and lives will be saved Poor people need not borrow from money lenders at high interest about 60-120% and being always debtors to them. Marginal, excluded/sick persons would get services at door steps in villages. First aid services made before referral to other hospitals would avoid further complications IMR, MMR would be reduced. Malnutrition, anaemic would be reduced Ante, Post natal care would be followed by eligible mothers.
