Dear GlobalGiving Team and Supporters,
We are submitting a transparent update on the proposed rehabilitation of Saint Peter Orthodox Business College in Larteh Akuapem, Ghana.
The project is designed to restore an existing educational facility rather than construct a new campus. The planned scope includes essential repairs, safe electrical systems, water and sanitation improvements, solar power, classroom rehabilitation, laboratories, digital learning tools, security, teacher accommodation, and basic health and safety facilities. The current rehabilitation plan is structured in phases, with a total estimated budget of USD 586,050.
At the time of this report, the project has not secured the funding required to begin implementation.
Because sufficient funding has not yet been received:
Beginning rehabilitation without enough financing could leave classrooms, electrical systems, sanitation facilities, or security works incomplete. Constantine African Foundation has therefore chosen not to start construction activities until a clearly defined phase can be fully financed and completed responsibly.
Our immediate objective is to secure funding for the first rehabilitation phase, focused on the most urgent safety and basic-function priorities. The project plan identifies these priorities as building protection, safe electricity, ventilation, clean water, sanitation, and secure access.
We remain committed to reporting only verified progress. Until funding is secured and physical work begins, we will not claim completed rooms, improved facilities, beneficiaries reached, or educational results.
Our request is clear: help us fund the first complete rehabilitation phase so that work can begin safely, transparently, and without creating unfinished commitments.
Thank you for your trust and for supporting responsible educational rehabilitation in Ghana.
With gratitude and accountability,
Constantine African Foundation
