New Children Start Their Journey

Its the start of a new school year in Kenya and we're welcoming new children into the School Transition Programme.

So far 10 new children have joined the programme and we had a fruitful meeting with the new students and their parents yesterday welcoming them to the school community. We are expecting another seven children to join the programme over the coming week or so.

The new students join different classes in the Fountains of Hope School depending on the academic level they have reached. In each class, existing students step into the role of student buddy to help them settle.

Thanks to your support, these children will not remain out of school but have the opportunity to complete their primary education and work towards a brighter future.
