Dear Donors,

Analyzing the need and situation, STEPS organizes Eye Care camps in remote villages and slums.  The entrepreneurs after checking the eyesight and their visibility, order placed to CARL ZESIS for the manufacturing of spectacles. The beneficiaries who have been checked are provided with spectacles to regain new vision.

I am hereby sharing success story of the beneficiary who have been benefited with your kind donation.

Mrs. P. Ratnamma, aged 65 years is the project beneficiary lives in Peddakannali village. She lives alone as she lost her husband 5 years back. She is depending on her old age Pension. She was suffering from sight problem since 2 years but did not know who to approach until she visited our screening camp organized in the village. She was tested and given spectacles.

After wearing spectacles for few days, when feedback is collected from her she said “I am not sure of getting my vision back. Now I can see clearly and do my household work without any difficulty. I, on behalf whole group of beneficiaries convey my sincere gratitude to Donors and Global Giving for providing services to us. I will inform more people in need regarding the work carried by you, so that needy people can be benefited.”

It gives us immense satisfaction when we hear such feedback and see the happiness on the faces of our beneficiaries. It is a motivating factor for us and we request you to keep supporting us in our effort to support poor people.
