Mentalities
80% of teachers believe that it is possible that one day all children and young people in this country will receive a quality education.
93% of teachers believe they have a role to play in ensuring that one day all children and young people in this country have a quality education.
91% of teachers believe that incorporating new technologies is essential for the learning of the group of students.
95% of teachers believe that collective construction is a fundamental path to achieving significant changes in education.


Performance
67% of teachers reported progress in their personal professional leadership
66% of teachers managed to strengthen their sense of possibility
72% of teachers deepened their commitment to the contextualization of learning
66% of participants increased their openness to feedback
72% of teachers managed to improve their collaborative work skills

Program evaluation:
The aspects recognized as highly valued in the training were: work in learning communities, the possibility of sharing good practices between teachers, and the tools provided during the course.
The participants affirm that the most valuable tools they have incorporated are:
