Our programs and projects focusing on disenfranchised low income entrepreneurs continues on in 2024 and we continue to focus our attention on women entrepreneurs. We concluded one more project last December which supported 120 young women entrepreneurs from 3 communities in Rio de Janeiro. The social impact and results were suprising as 53% of the 30 entrepreneurs from phase 2 had increase in income or were able to generate a new income, upon project completion. Additionally, 67% of the same group of entrepreneurs now maintain different accounts for their personal finances, separated from the business finances. This number was 10% before our project´s interventions. Finally, 76% of the entrepreneurs now register their financial numbers, whereas before the project this number was at 46%. These results were very satisfying and they renew our hope that we can definitely generate positive social impact in the lives of these low income entrepreneurs. However, your continued support is always important and we continue counting on you. Thank you for your support!
