Syria has witnessed transformations that have rekindled hope in its people, yet millions of families continue to face a dire humanitarian reality due to years of conflict and destruction. Amid the challenges the country faces, we launch this urgent relief project to provide essential needs and support affected families, with the goal of alleviating their suffering and building a better future.
Syria is suffering from a severe humanitarian crisis, including food shortages, deteriorating health services, and the lack of proper shelter. Millions of Syrians are facing hunger, particularly with the absence of essential items like bread, while thousands of families are living in extreme cold conditions and lack the necessary heating, making them in urgent need of immediate assistance.
The project includes distributing food baskets that will last for a full month, with daily bread provision, as well as securing medicine and medical supplies through local partnerships. Heating supplies, such as blankets and heaters, will be provided to needy families, alongside the installation of water purification units. The project also includes psychological support for children and women to alleviate the effects of the crisis.
The project will contribute to the stabilization of communities by meeting basic needs and enhancing the psychological and social recovery of families. It will also support the local economy by providing essential resources that enable families to participate in rebuilding their homeland, thus fostering hope for a sustainable and bright future.
