Behind Indonesia's economic growth, millions remain vulnerable. The World Bank (2024) reports that 194.4 million Indonesians live on less than IDR 49,244 (US$2.60) per day. In remote villages, meat is a rare luxury. During Eid al-Adha, many families cannot enjoy the celebration. This project restores dignity and joy by distributing fresh Qurban meat to underprivileged communities, including low-income families, displaced persons, children, and the elderly in rural Indonesia.
In remote and rural areas of Indonesia, meat remains a luxury that many cannot afford. Poverty, rising food prices, and limited productive employment opportunities have worsened this condition. Each year, thousands of vulnerable low-income families, children, and displaced persons in these villages receive no fresh, nutritious meat during Eid al-Adha. In many communities, there is no local Qurbany or meat distribution, leaving families unable to fully share in the joy of the celebration.
This project distributes fresh, hygienic Qurban meat to elderly individuals, children, widows, displaced persons, and low-income families in remote areas. By ensuring access to nutritious food during Eid al-Adha 2026, we provide more than a meal-we deliver dignity, inclusion, and hope. Our goal is to ensure that more people have an equal opportunity to celebrate Eid al-Adha with the same joy and shared happiness, and to enjoy high-quality, nutritious meat as other communities do.
By ensuring that individuals, the elderly, children, and displaced people from impoverished families receive high-quality Qurban meat this Eid al-Adha 2026, we directly improve their access to nutrition and overall well-being. We also ensure that more people can experience happiness and dignity during moments when they rightfully deserve to celebrate alongside others.
