Project Report for SSC Project (Jan to Mar)

Masoom conducts multiple activities as part of the SSC support Program. Masoom conducts the SSC Extra Classes for the students which appear for SSC Exams during the year from across all the Masoom adopted Schools. These classes are conducted from July 2^nd week onwards at Masoom allotted centres. Each day, 4 sessions (90 minutes each) are conducted at these centres through expert teachers which are monitored by Masoom SSC Department.

Activities which are ongoing are as follows:

• Extra Classes. – Extra classes have started from the month of October onwards. Initially, 1451 students appeared for the SSC exam but few of them were not able to appear to the exam due to various liaison issues. 1354 students appeared for March-2018. Out of these average 795 students were attended SSC Sunday extra Class. These classes held on 55 centres & 66 schools have participated. (Total 21 Sundays, Diwali vacation & Public holidays). 612 Experts were provided by Masoom for all subjects.
• Bright Students Classes: Bright students’ classes were conducted for Marathi & Hindi Medium on 8 centres, Classes were started from 9th Sept.2018 & have continued till March-2019. Total of 119 students selected from all school on the basis of student mapping. Total 126 sessions were done & 126- Experts were provided by Masoom for all subjects
• Prelim Exams: Masoom conducted Prelim exams for the students to give them a sense of actual board exam. These exams were conducted as per the board exam norms. More than 1350 students did participate in these exams. These were conducted in January 2019.

Activities which are ongoing are as follows:

• Extra Classes. – Extra classes have started from the month of October onwards. So far, Masoom is been running the extra classes on 58 Centres which are supporting more than 1200 out of 1409  SSC appearing students. Every Sunday and Government Holiday is been used to conduct the extra classes. So far, classes have been conducted for 25 days comprising to 100 sessions each of 90 minutes to the students.
• Question Paper Set, Model Answer Sheets, Science Journal, Graph & Map Note book: Masoom has provided Question Answer sheet and Model Answer paper to 1409Students which are appearing for Class 10 Exam for their practice.
• 21 Set - Masoom has provided Navneet's SSC 21 SET to 1409 Students. 1 Set for each student for their preparations.
• Quick Fixes Book - Masoom has developed Quick Fixes (Book) for the students of standard 10th. This book comprises of all the important notes from the Syllabus. Masoom has distributed the same to 1409 Students.
• Snacks (tea, Biscuits, Packed Food, Cooked Foods (if available)) – All the students which attend the Extra classes are provided Snacks during each day. Snacks provided are Biscuits, Cookies, Chiki; Farsan (Haldiram) etc. is given to the students.

The Class 10 State government exams will start from 1st March 2109 onwards till 27th March 2019. In Total 1451 students (508 Female (35%), 943 Male (65%)) will be appearing for the SSC Exams.
