Punarjani Project Updates: September 2019
Construction of three of the houses is nearing completion and is Seventy percentage complete. Construction of the other three homes commenced and the Seventh house is entering the construction phase.
Total square feets of construction area remaining : 2100 sq feet.
The construction of the homes is overseen by a group of volunteers. The construction site is Lakattoor, Kerala, India. The seven beneficiary families lost their dwellings in landslides which happened in August 2019. The beneficiary families were selected by Punarjani volunteer committee after face to face interview.
The plan is to complete the construction of all the homes by the first quarter of 2020.
