Activities: that were carried out: 

• Receiving and assisting cases of malnutrition among children under the age of new including examination, tests and supplementary treatment for 40 cases:
• Reception and assistance for breastfeeding and pregnant mothers (new). Includes consultation, examinations, and complementary treatment for 40 cases
• Follow-up and assistance for malnourished children under 5 years' old who were previously admitted. This includes examinations, tests, and supplementary treatment for 40 cases.
• Follow-up and assistance for breastfeeding and pregnant mothers (frequent attendees) who have been previously admitted, including examinations, tests, and supplementary treatment.
• Activating external referrals by contacting service providers in neighboring area centers. For 40 cases.
• Awareness A woman was educated on malnutrition prevention measures, hygiene practices, and healthy nutrition through awareness sessions for 40 individuals.
• These indicators represent the program's objectives, which were implemented from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, but were not fully achieved due to limited resources. The program covered 40 cases.
• SORD worked to implement the activities according to its available resources and according to the support and donations it received from Global, for a number of 40 cases.

Challenges:

• Lack of salaries for workers in health centers.
• Insufficient capacity to cover the number of people visiting health centers.
• Lack of support and donations.
• The number of people suffering from malnutrition is increasing.

Recommendations:

• Redouble efforts to provide support and assistance to save as many children and women as possible who are on the brink of death.
