Clean Water Distribution
Thousands of hectares of rice fields in Indramayu Regency, West Java, are facing severe drought, threatening the rice crop and daily needs. In response to this situation, Rumah Zakat organized a "Clean Water Distribution Action" in four villages in the affected region. The organization collaborated with PMI Indramayu and deployed volunteers to distribute a total of 72,000 liters of clean water. The residents of Luwunggesik Village, Kalianyar Village, Krangkeng Village, and Tanjakan Village welcomed this initiative with enthusiasm and expressed their gratitude to the volunteers for their kindness in helping them overcome this difficulty. The distributed clean water will serve various needs such as drinking and cooking, and will help alleviate the burden faced by the villagers. The Secretary of Tanjakan Village, Udin, expressed his thanks to the donors and hoped that the clean water would bring blessings to the community.
