Provide Textbooks for Children in Liberia

The Carolyn A. Miller High School family wishes you all Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. We are grateful to GlobalGiving and our donors for contributing greatly to the development of our children's future.

Our kindergarten II students and their teacher say thanks for the reading material that was given to their class, and are also grateful for the reading competition that was organized by the administration.

We are seeing a lot of changes in our students’ academic performances, through the help of this competition. The textbooks you purchase are still helping our students and providing quality education for them.

The kindergarten II teacher Miss Koon said that this reading exercise has brought a huge competition among the students in her class. She stated that this exercise should be done at the end of every period to help improve her students' reading skills.

We have just completed our second period test and we are grateful for the resources that you all are continually donating to this institution. The winners of the reading competition will be awarded with prizes at the end of the first semester.

VAAFD are kindly asking other donors and supporters to please help us purchase more textbooks to enhance our kids' learning environment. Our kindergarten students need more textbooks to build up their foundation.
