Hi, Thank you so much for your financial support for this most important of projects - providing life-changing education to children in the DRC. The cycle of poverty can be broken through children gaining skills at school that enable them to have careers that will support their families.chool has been
The Kimbilio School has been operational now for several years, with currently 284 children at nursery, junior and secondary levels. The pupils are a combination of former street children and children from families in the local area. Children who have been living on the streets fall behind in their education, so it is a priority for the Kimbilio team of carers in Lubumbashi to address this.
As Kimbilio are paying the school fees for the children, it means that local families, who cannot aford to send their children to State school,s can send their children to the Kimbilio school. It is a very popular school!
Thank you again for your support, which pays for the salaries of the teachers and maintenance staff, the school fees and the books, IT equipment and stationery
