Thank you so much for your financial support for the Kimbilio Project 'Provide life-changing education to children in DRC'. Access to education is life-changing for children who are forced to live on the streets in Lubumbashi as it enables them to gain the skills that will allow them to get a good job and be able to support a family. Education helps the street children to gain a sense of self-worth and confidence in their own abilities.
The new Kimbilio School now has 284 pupils - 15 pupils at Nursery level, 233 pupils at Primary level and 36 at Secondary level. 30 of these pupils are from Kimbilio houses and the remainder from families living in the neighbourhood of the school.
