1- the Obhectives of hte project:
Project was aimed to restore the educational process to its normal state, by the continuation of the educational process of the targeted students, the highest standards used in education interventions in emergency situations, known as EiE1 standards.
BFD will provide the targeted school with distribution of student’s bags and distribution of recreation kits to the three targeted school.
2- Methodology:
The methodology of distributing student bags and recreation kits, particularly in the context of restoring educational processes to their normal state in emergency situations, aligns with the EiE1 standards. Here’s a tailored approach based on your description:
Assessment and Planning: Conduct a needs assessment to understand the specific requirements of the targeted schools and students.
Procurement and Preparation: Source and assemble the student bags and recreation kits.
Coordination with Local Authorities: Work closely with local education authorities and schools to coordinate the distribution. This ensures adherence to local policies and maximizes the impact of the intervention.
Targeted Distribution: Implement a targeted distribution strategy to ensure that the resources reach the intended beneficiaries. This may involve prioritizing the most affected or vulnerable student
Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish a system to monitor the distribution process and evaluate its effectiveness. Collect feedback from students, teachers, and the community to assess the impact on the educational process.
Reporting and Accountability: Maintain transparency and accountability throughout the project. Document the distribution process and report back to stakeholders, including donors and partner organizations.
