Protect orphans and abandoned children in Nepal

Dear friends,

"I became familiar with the orphanage thru Thakur, our guide on the Annapurna Trail. Thakur is a very good man and is very passionate about his country and people. He serves on the board of the orphanage. Since beginning my donations I have also been very impressed with the organization's manager Murari and his regular and thorough communication with donors about the specific progress of the young ladies at the orphanage. These people care very much (and very well) for the children that they serve."  One of our donor’s great words to us.

We are so glad to share the Educational Progress of our Orphans and Abandoned Children they obtained in their 2^nd -Unit-Exam of Sept :

DOLMA, Class-2 received GPA-4.00 and Average Grade-A+  with Outstanding performance.( i.e. 100% on all subjects)

PEMBA, Class-1 received GPA-4.00 and Average Grade-A+  with Outstanding performance.( i.e. 100% on all subjects)

SUSMITA, Class-1 received GPA-3.96 and Average Grade-A+  with Outstanding performance.

SRIJANA, Class-1 received  Average Grade-A+  with Outstanding performance.

SABITA, Class-1 received  Average Grade-A+  with Outstanding performance.

DURGA, Class-3  received  GPA-3.76 and Average Grade-A+  with Outstanding performance.

SARASWATI, class-5 received GPA-3.52 and Average Grade-A with Excellent performance.

RANI,  class-7 received GPA-3.03 and Average Grade-B+  with very good performance.

ANJU,  class-6 received GPA-3.20 and Average Grade-B+  with very good performance.

All the children actively participated on the  Extra-Curricular Activities  during Children-Day organized by their school and awarded  with APPRECIATION-CERTIFICATES and prizes. Really, the children did it and demonstrated the  wonderful performances as a result our girls rewarded with 22  Appreciation Certificates as follows :

1^st Position in Arts( Senior)

            1^st Position in Fashion Show( Over All)

             1^st Position in Save Your Tail competition.

4)      DURGA, Class-3:

5)      ANJU, Class-6:

1^st Position in Quiz Competition

1^st Position in Fashion Show( Over All)

6)      SABITA, Class-Nursery:

1^st Position in Musical Chair

3^rd Position in Drawing Competition

7)      SRIJANA, Class-UKG:

2^nd Position in Hand Writing

8)      PEMBA, Class-1:

1^st Position in Fashion Show ( Expression)

 PRIYA, Class-7 has participated on Ntional Level Art-Competition jointly organized by Children Homes Federation and Central Children Welfare Board/ GoV of Nepal during children day and awarded with prizes .

District Children Welfare Board also monitored Child Home.

We have participated at one day long Fund Raising Workshop at Kathmandu organized by GlobalGiving Org USA/UK .

Children celebrated Dashain and  Dipawali(Tihar) festivals and feasts with great  joy with the community people as they had 1 month long vacation. We have provided  New dresses to all Children and Jamuna for these festivals.

During this period of 3 months , we purchased new dresses  for children and Jamuna of $ 150,  monthly tution fee paid $ 330, House rent paid $300, fooding cost paid $250 .

As per the Nepal Government’s rules and regulations our Organization is Renewed by Nepal Government.

Dear friends, from the love and support from all of you, our hopes are sprouting and getting encouragement to protect more needy children and run the orphanage sustainably. But, due to the  highly increasing market price day by day,  it is being hard to provide the fundamental needs to our orphans and abandoned children.
