Nutrition on oncological treatment with AMANC

By Maria Fernanda Arreola Lopez | Strategic Alliances Coordinator

Dear friends,

We hope you are doing fine because AMANC has been doing great ever since we posted this project. With your donations we have been able to buy groceries for our dinning service in AMANC Center, where we have hosted over a 100 families that come from other states for hospital care in Mexico City.

Also we have some very exciting news that we would love to share with you. Since this project started two of our beneficiaries have reached the surveillance stage! Victor and Raymundo have finished their oncological treatment and they have no more cancer cells on their bodies. They and their families are so happy, but also they are thankful for everything that AMANC has offered during the treatment.

Victor and Raymundo were diagnosed with childhood cancer approximately one year ago and through all that year AMANC's Nutrition Team had been monitoring their diet, so they do not develop malnutrition and end up dropping out their treatment. We are looking forward to seeing more successful cases like theirs.

You can also help us to continue our nutrition program by sharing our project with more people you know, so more children and teenagers can stick to their oncological treatment.

We would like to thank you very much for your support and we will keep in touch with you to tell you more about our progress.

Best regards,

AMANC's team
