The technical planning stage has been fully completed after the visit to the community and accessment of the project.

Bill of Quantities (BoQ): Complete and approved by the foundation.
Project Execution: Construction of the project hasn't commenced due to the non availability of funds.

2. Critical Constraint

The official commencement of the project is currently on hold due to the non-availability of eatimated funds.

The approved BOQ required a total budget of 12,000 dollars from start to completion, which includes procurement and mobilization of construction materials and actual construction of the project.

3. Recommended Next Steps

A few actions were recommended for the fund raising of the project and evenual completion.

Aggresive search for Donors : Search for project donors via social handle and other media to raise funds the execution of the project.
Alternative Funding Advocacy: Initiate a campaign using the finalized project plan and BoQ to secure co-funding from potential institutional partners and non profits.
