Even during this hard time, we keep on working with our patients to help them overcome their Cancer while making sure they're staying safe from COVID-19.
Before the pandemic started, one of the girls was continueing to teach the knitting classes where the kids and their parents were making dolls and clothes. But now they are all spending less time at the hospital, so everyone took their materials and finished their work at home.
But whenever they are at the hospital it is our job to make sure that they have what they need to be protected. We have donated face masks, hand sanitizer, plastic masks, patient gowns and cleaning products to keep the rooms clean and desinfected. By doing this we have kept our children with no Coronavirus Cases.
Social distancing is important even in the hospital, so we have been bringing toys to the their own beds to avoid gatherings at play room.
