The overwhelming response we received to plant olive trees in Palestine in memory of Jeremy Hardy will make a real difference to people's lives.
A start has been made on two olive groves. First, trees have been planted near Bethlehem. We attach a few pictures of work starting on preparing the grove and planting saplings. Another olive grove is being prepared near Hebron.
A third project is planned to begin later in the year, and we will provide an update then.
Your support is hugely appreciated, and you have helped make this fitting tribute and memorial to Jeremy Hardy. You can find out more about BSST's work here: www.bsst.org.uk
