help build a school to educate 20 blind students

Help us to place a brick in the foundation for providing a bright future to visually challenged people. We are requesting capital funding for the construction of building for blind students.

MUDA has allotted a site in Dattagalli, Mysore for our trust and at present our building construction is under progress. we received a funding from the donors. Once our building construction is over, we will be shifting our facilities from the existing rented premises so that we could enhance our capacity to train more number of visually challenged students and provide them hostel facilities, computer training in a single roof and help them to lead a better life.

Dear Donors,

Greetings from the team of Divya Jyothi Charitable Trust.

Thank you for your kind and generous support toward our work in building a hostel and a training center for youth who are visually challenged. It is a real consolation to me to realize that there are those who are willing to make sacrifices to share in our mission. You are among those who give life to our work and for those who are visually challenged.  It is always heartwarming when we are surprised with an unexpected donation, but it is the continued support and loyalty of people such as yourself that we have learned to depend and count on you. 

We are happy to inform you that the progress of the construction is picking up momentum with the support of you and other kind-hearted well-wishers. The second floor stands up now. We plan to complete the roofing of the second floor by next week.  We are indeed looking to finish the building as soon as possible so that we could shift our training centre, hostel and office into one building which will reduce the risk of blind trainees moving to different buildings, which is the scenario at present. Once the fourth floor is complete, we plan to go ahead and put up the walls.

I take this opportunity to thank all our donors in joining hands with us in realising our dream project and encourage more folks to join in.

The pillars of the building proudly stand above the ground. It has been cured to stand the building for years to come. Foundation for the walls will be done after the fourth floor has completed. The materials used are the best quality available in the market. We have ensured to provide a disability-free environment to make life smoother for our trainees. 

Through the generosity of our kind-hearted donors, we are fulfilling the requirements. The last quarter did see progress in the work. We at Divya Jyothi Charitable Trust thank everyone who is investing their time and hard earned money on this project from the bottom of our hearts and would like to encourage more people to come forward and join hands with us in promoting this noble cause.

Last week when our students saw the new building taking shape, they were delighted and shared with me that they are looking forward to this building and how it would ease their life. Time spent on shifting from two buildings would be reduced, and trainees would be in a comfortable area, concentrating on their lessons.
