PEDIATRIC CENTER FOR 15,600 CHILDREN IN NEED

Thank you very much for your donation, your generosity is making an immediate difference in the lives of thousands of low income families living in the  underserved communities of the Punta Cana destination, whose children are receiving quality health care

Currently the center is offering health prevention programs, outpatient consultations, vaccination, laboratory and pharmacy services. Also the dental unit is already serving the children population. The x-ray and ultrasound services will be available in the upcoming days as soon as the equipment are installed.

New furniture put in place: 16 additional chairs for the waiting area, 1 sink and 1 cabinets line for the emergency room.

Also it has increased the number of served patients to 190-200 daily (average), who are treated both in the consultation rooms as well as in the emergency room, depending on their health condition

There are still many goals to meet, we hope that you will continue to partner with us in our commitment to achieve them:

• The addition of an unit to serve children with special health condition (autism, physical disability, learning difficulty,)
• Missing medical equipment
• Staff training programs
• Constant supply of medical supplies and medications.
