Open Doors for Youth: Update

By Kathy Thomas | Director of Operations

Project: Open Doors for Youth in STEM This Holiday Season (73928)
Report Date: April 2026

Dear supporters,

Thank you for following the progress of our work to expand access and belonging in STEM for girls, and historically excluded communities. While this specific project has not yet received donations, NGCP continues to advance the mission behind it every day through national partnerships, educator support, and youthcentered programming.

To provide a clear picture of the impact your support makes possible, we invite you to explore our newly released 2025 Annual Report, available on our website at https://ngcproject.org/annual-reports. The report highlights the programs, collaborations, and resources that directly contribute to opening doors for young people in STEM, work that this GlobalGiving project is designed to strengthen and expand.

In the months ahead, we will continue building connections with educators and community organizations, updating STEM resources, and preparing for seasonal programming that helps youth see themselves as scientists, engineers, and creators. We look forward to sharing more updates as this project grows and as we deepen our reach across the country.

Thank you for being part of this effort and for believing in the importance of equitable STEM opportunities for all young people.
