Onondaga Jr/Sr High School Fighting For A Change

Dear Benevolent Donors and Contributors,

Leadership Initiatives would like to thank you again for everything you’ve done to support this team. As you’re all aware, nonprofit organizations are so reliant on (and grateful for!) the benevolence of supporters like you to help us in our mission. This close relationship between our success and your personal generosity is why we cannot overstate how much we appreciate both your financial and emotional support.

Although our working relationship with Shehu, the fish farmer with whom this team is collaborating with, is not new, your donations still mean the world in implementing the solutions that have been developed in the past. Even the smallest contributions mean the world of difference to us, Shehu, and the people who rely on his services every single day. Without your help, Shehu would never have been able to make it to where he is now, and we can’t wait to see what your contribution will bring him in the future. Your encouragement of the Onondaga Jr/Sr High School and their goal to help Shehu will better his fish and, thus, his business overall. Currently, the biggest issues being faced involve the quality of their habitat and the overall health of his fish, and solving these problems will benefit his business.

As we’ve mentioned before, we’d love your input or suggestions on how this team can best aid the busness. We here at Leadership Initiatives are nothing if we are not propelled by an environment of creativity, and your ideas may very well be the next solution needed to truly change lives. Please contact Executive Director Marshall Bailly at mbailly@lichange.org to them your insight or to learn more about the steps being taken to help this business. Again, we couldn’t do it without you!

Wishing you and your family a wonderful day,

Leadership Initiatives

Dear Amazing Leadership Initiatives and Respective Donors,

Because of your generous donations, individuals and communities throughout Bauchi State will be able to forge the connections necessary to solve local problems using existing community resources. This will create a new generation of innovative, resourceful leaders poised to catapult their neighborhoods, regions, and nations forward. Donor contributions make it possible to provide promising individuals with entrepreneurial, leadership and project management training. These young leaders then identify obstacles to development within their own communities, design workable solutions, and create sustainable business models to overcome those obstacles. Leadership Initiatives partners with local government and business leaders to renew democracies on a grassroots level by cultivating self-reliant leadership. Lastly, Leadership Initiatives approaches the problems of underdevelopment by empowering communities to address their own needs, which will and eventually aid in making Nigeria a stronger and more democratic nation.

Our students create novel solutions firmly grounded in principles of social entrepreneurship. We have previously created in Bauchi, Nigeria businesses in: fish farming, welding, tailoring, motorcycle repair & computer education with job placement. Currently this project will help Shehu, a fish farmer who relentlessly serves his community, his family, and the military through this essential work.

Leadership Initiatives will be regularly providing updates and insight into Shehu and this team's project as the months progress through GlobalGiving's reporting program. Of course, at any time you can request a project update to learn up to date info on how this project is progressing.

As a supporter of “Onondaga Jr/Sr High School Fighting for a Change”, Leadership Initiatives would love to have you involved if you ever want to help grow our programs, learn of ways you can participate or have new ideas on how this team could best help Shehu. Please contact Executive Director Marshall Bailly at mbailly@lichange.org or the project leader themselves (Dylan) at dprice21@icloud.com if you have any suggestions, questions, or comments! Your hard work and support is the greatest gift we could receive as we attempt to create a better world.

Thank you once again from the bottom of everyone's heart here at Leadership Initiatives. If you would ever like to speak to our staff in Nigeria or this specific project leader, we would love to communicate with you so you can personally see the change you are creating.

Wishing you, your family and your friends the absolute best!

Sincerely,

Leadership Initiatives
