Oceans Are Life - Protecting Marine Resources

Enviro Crime Solutions is excited to share some wonderful news — our marine patrol fleet is growing! We have recently acquired an additional vessel that will soon be taking to the waters of the Eastern Cape, South Africa.

This new craft is slightly smaller and faster than our existing patrol boat, making it ideal for quick-response missions and agile movement along the coastline. Formerly a fishing ski-boat, it is now undergoing a full retrofit to transform it into a dedicated patrol vessel. Once complete, it will be equipped to help us combat marine poaching, protect fragile ecosystems, and support law enforcement in safeguarding our coastal waters.

The addition of this vessel will give our team more flexibility and greater coverage at sea. Every extra hour on the water means more opportunities to deter illegal activity and protect marine life that is under constant threat. We are confident that this boat will add real momentum to the impact Enviro Crime Solutions is already making in the marine environment.

Although the vessel does not yet have a name, we are looking forward to announcing its new identity soon — a name that will reflect its purpose and strength. Keep an eye out for the reveal; it will mark the beginning of this boat’s journey as a protector of our marine heritage.
