Children remain among the most vulnerable victims of the humanitarian crisis caused by years of conflict and displacement in Syria. Limited access to nutritious food and healthcare has contributed to increasing cases of malnutrition, threatening children's growth, health, and future development.
To address these challenges, BESME INSANI implemented a specialized nutrition care program for children suffering from malnutrition. The initiative provided therapeutic food, nutritional supplements, regular medical follow-up, and ongoing assessments to monitor each child's progress.
A total of 54 children benefited from the program. The support helped improve their nutritional status, strengthen their health, and increase their chances of recovery. The BESME INSANI team also worked closely with caregivers to raise awareness about proper nutrition and child health practices.
Families reported visible improvements in their children's well-being and energy levels, bringing renewed hope and reassurance during a difficult period. Through its continued humanitarian efforts, BESME INSANI remains committed to protecting vulnerable children and supporting their healthy development.
