In recent months, the project has continued to expand its impact, supporting young people across Romania in both educational and personal development pathways. In May 2026, a strong focus was placed on fostering civic awareness and strengthening engagement with European values. Within the framework of the European Parliament Ambassador School (EPAS) programme at Colegiul National Alexandru cel Bun (Gura Humorului, Suceava), 198 students aged 15–19 actively participated in an initiative organized for Europe Day.
Students designed and delivered an interactive competition titled “The EU in Questions and Answers,” which encouraged participants to explore and deepen their understanding of the European Union, its institutions, values, and objectives. Through this activity, students strengthened their general knowledge while developing critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills. The format created an engaging learning environment, connecting education with real-life civic participation and strengthening a sense of belonging within the European community.
This initiative contributed to empowering young people with the knowledge and confidence needed to become active and informed citizens, reinforcing the broader goal of ensuring access to meaningful educational experiences and opportunities for all.
