Support us to build this New Child-Friendly Primary School in rural Cambodia to improve impoverished children' education. It combines the modern education & teaching standards with Khmer tradition, providing a better future for these children. It is an innovative project, a sanctuary for children and beacon shared hub for the entire Community.We support Thnal Dach Primary School students since 2023,with programs as English Teaching, Fruits, Rice, Annual Stationery expenses,Scholarships,Bicycles.
Old School building consists of only 2.5 unsuitable classrooms, for 113 children/ 6 Grades, with serious defects critical for children's injuries.Poor Education,inadequate building,lack of teaching classrooms reduces education quality and leads families to keep children out of school or enhanced migration to other communities. (108 students already moved).Finally children drop out of school.Thnal Dach students with strong artist aptitude forced to perform outside with extreme weather condition.
A multiuse child-friendly school hosting teaching and various activities. Roof physically provides continuous fresh air and natural light. Consists 2 new modern classrooms, 6WCs, storage, offices, new kitchen, playyard, remodeling and enlarging the existing old structure (plus 2 more classrooms). Includes 2 libraries, quiet zones for private studying and workshops fosters an on-going exchange skills, ideas and learning of children, with flexibility to accommodate different various activities.
We regain the majority of 108 children left the school. One classroom per grade.One teacher per Grade. Enrolments will increase by 30-40%. Children benefit modern teaching facilities and libraries.Flexibility of classrooms transformation allows to host ceremonies, performances and events for school and Community.Improvement of Teaching quality and standards,Children Mental Health, Enrolments, Skills, Additional Teaching Programs,Side economy, Community sustainable longstanding growth, new jobs.
