By Lucian Reed-Drake | Project Co-Ordinator
This summer has seen another progressive period for Cheerful Hearts Foundation. Volunteers from Washington contributed tremendously to a new Healthcare campaign and CHF has combined with a new initiative, Patriots Ghana, to involve more local Ghanaian volunteers to improve lives in society from the people and develop sustainably and internally, rather than rely on foreign aid.
Project Co-Ordinator, Lucian Reed-Drake, is planning a visit in the next few months to implement those worthy funds that you have so graciously donated towards. Nali School continues to struggle, but with the sustained effort of the kind donations and hard work of the Foundation Director, Eric Opoku Agyemang, we have not let the issue rest and we very realistically will target the problem areas of fresh water and clean toilets to benefit the children in over 100 families of the impoverished region.
There will be detailed project reports upcoming during the project implementation in the coming months, so kindly check your email, stay in touch. This project report is simply to remind you that we have not forgotten your kindness and we are proactively focussed on accomplishing the achievements we set out to do. We promise from our hearts that the ounce of kindness you sent to us, will be returned with heartfelt gratitude, and very real projects will take place that will change lives. Watch this space.....
