If Music be the food of love, play on. Give me excess of it. This saying according to Shakespeare has been proven to hold in our present day life. During the last couple of months, the music for the environment ambassador has been executing their public campaign for a greener Cameroon. One of the music for the environment ambassador, Mr. AJAIANJEI CONSTATINE popularly known as Wams has released a video clip title “JeuneArtiste” as a tool to boost young people engagement in green music. JeuneArrtiste is a campaign to galvanized young people towards building a Sustainable music career despite the challenges. Through this song, RCESD as part of the Camer Green objective in collaboration with the artist is using this song to empower 10 budding talents randomly picked from across Cameroon. The Jurneartiste project headed by Wams is currently on a national tour in a beat to mobilize and encourages young lovers of music to grow their talent and engage in music that can lead to sustainable lifestyles’. Talking to Mr Wams, he said this song was inspire by his personal experience and those recounted by other young vibrant talents. He is determine to ensure all young artist in and out of his community to be inspired by this song and take up the challenge to build their career on music that could impact lifestyles’.
In the next phase of the project, RCESD will be educating and empowering the 10 Jeune artiste on leadership skill and other aspect of music and sustainability
