Sport and art will be an intervention tool; through which they recognize their rights, increase female participation, empowering them before society. In the PIONEROS TV activity, they will be trained as mini reporters; interviewing and looking for comments about the violence suffered by girls and women in Callao. Safe spaces are used for sports, artistic workshops, women's empowerment and they will express their opinion of gender equity and violence.
The analysis of the problem of the girls and women of the violent neighborhoods of Callao PERU are delinquency, gangs, violence, dysfunctional families, school desertion; resulting in the exclusion of gender, discrimination, inequality of opportunities, lack of safe spaces for them and low self-esteem.

They will be trained as leaders, play important roles in their homes, in their schools and in their communities. They will achieve an empowerment in society, strengthen their rights, reduce violence and be entrepreneurs for a better job opportunity. They will replicate what they learned with the new generation.
