We are excited to share that the weekly program of dance, music and sports for children from the neighbourhood Latour and Sunny Point has started. Our local partner Stibula is leading this program and Move Forward coaches are joining in their summer vacation to work together during the Academy. Intensive days filled with dance, music and sports but also with classes in trauma relief through movement. Besides that the children will learn skills that they can directly use to earn a living for them and their family. The economical situation is very challenging in Suriname at this moment. That's the reason we want them to learn useful skills like editting, filming, photography and social media. We will keep you posted the moment our team is ready to fly to Suriname and work together with all the local coaches.
