It is time for another update for this project. We appreciate your contributing to this wonderful project - you are truly saving lives.
Almost 1,100 monitoring devices have been placed by The Chelsea Hutchison Foundation. New monitoring devices and improved software is a constant. The peace these monitors bring to families is priceless. Sadly, they are not covered by insurance companies at this time.
The photos shown here are of those who have received monitors since our last update. I hope you enjoy seeing the difference you are making.
We have the most amazing volunteer staff available. The Chelsea Hutchison Foundation hosts Chelsea's Bingo twice a week - all year long. In addition, we host an annual 5K/Family Fun Walk called STOMP Out Epilepsy and SUDEP, Epilepsy Awareness Day at Elitches, which includes a Purple Duck Chase down the Lazy River and an annual gala event.
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
If you donate to this project or have donated to this project, you can receive an email when this project posts a report. You can also subscribe for reports without donating.
