Current Project Status
Since our last report in November 2024, our project Providing a Home for Vulnerable Girls – Hogar Monarca has remained active in its outreach and partnership-building efforts. However, we want to share transparently that we have not achieved the level of progress we had hoped for in terms of fundraising.
While we have continued to nurture relationships and expand awareness of our mission, securing the financial resources required for the land acquisition has proven more challenging than anticipated. As a result, we are currently intensifying our efforts and actively seeking new donors and strategic allies who resonate with the vision of Hogar Monarca.
Challenges and Strategic Direction
The primary challenge continues to be raising the capital needed to purchase the land where the home will be built. In response, we are shifting our strategy to focus on more structured and collective forms of support.
This year, we are launching a new initiative called Guardians of the Land, through which we aim to engage 20 organizations committed to contributing significantly toward the goal of acquiring the land. This initiative represents a more focused and collaborative approach, inviting organizations to become foundational pillars of this dream.
Goals for the Next Period
Our main priority in the coming months is to secure the necessary funds to acquire the land for Hogar Monarca. Through the Guardians of the Land initiative, we aim to build a strong network of committed partners who will help turn this vision into a tangible reality.

We are profoundly grateful to those who continue to walk alongside us. This is a long-term vision, and every step—especially in moments of challenge—brings us closer to making Hogar Monarca a reality.
