Many young people face stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges, but lack access to awareness programs and coping resources. This project will reach 600 youth with interactive mental health awareness workshops, peer support training, and resources to build emotional resilience.
Youth often experience stress, depression, and social pressure without proper guidance or support. Lack of awareness and stigma around mental health prevents young people from seeking help, leading to poor academic performance, strained relationships, and long-term psychological challenges.
The project will conduct workshops and peer-led sessions for 600 youth to educate them on mental health, coping strategies, stress management, and emotional wellbeing. Participants will also learn how to support peers, recognize warning signs, and access professional help when needed. Follow-up activities will reinforce skills and awareness within schools and communities.
The project will reduce stigma, improve mental health literacy, and empower 600 youth to manage stress and support their peers. Over time, healthier youth contribute to stronger communities, improved school performance, and reduced risks of depression, anxiety, and social isolation.
