The case of this child from the high valleys of the department of Cochabamba is just one example of what many people with disabilities live in rural areas of Bolivia.
Our friend suffers from psychic disability and his condition does not allow him to relax and is constantly over activity; therefore, it is difficult to initiate a physiotherapeutic treatment. For this reason it is necessary to equip him with medicines that balance her hyper activity, for the moment he is in a testing stage.
His family is of limited economic resources and, evidently, they can not buy the necessary medicines to improve their health. When our friend is relaxed, which is not many times a day, he likes to be stroked back because it seems to relax him.
With the support with the medicines that we are giving, we hope to stabilize it to start a physiotherapy treatment process with the Tukuy Pacha professionals. We are also working closely with your mom to help us make the process better and faster.
As in this case, there are others in the high valley of Cochabamba and the need to have medicines is sometimes imperative. With this project, and with your donation, we can help others like our friend improve their quality of life. Thanks for your donation! You can already see that your contribution reaches directly to those who need it most.
