Hello Everyone!
Thought we would share a few updates from the Trade+Impact Team!
Earlier this year, we made the official announcement that we were restructuring as a trade association! We held a call for nominations for the Board of Directors and have since pulled together a strong team of key players, influencers and advisors from the craft and natural cosmetics sectors, from within Africa + Middle East and beyond!
We have been working hard with key stakeholders to design high value membership benefits - and will be opening up for membership in the next couple of months! So stay tuned!
We have also been receiving many enquiries about our next event! Our next event is scheduled for May 2018, and we have recently launched a call for proposals for the next host country. We hope to have the event in a different region within Africa + Middle East each year, so we can't wait to announce where the next one will be! There are many countries interested in submitting and a decision will be made early May 2017.
We wanted to take the time once again to thank all of you who supported our crowdfunding campaign last year! We're only just getting started and we're happy to have you on this journey with us!
