Dear Supporter,
We’re excited to share progress on the Maleku Tea Project, an initiative rooted in both regenerative agriculture and cultural preservation. Over the past few months, we've been seeking the right local partners to work alongside the Maleku people to come alongside to guide them step by step in cultivating herbs and plants for our teas.
Finding the right team hasn’t been easy, as this role requires diverse expertise. However, we're happy to report that we've connected with several outstanding professionals, and we’re confident they will help ensure the success and integrity of this project.
As we prepare for the next phase, we remain deeply committed to using techniques that restore soil health and biodiversity—while honoring the ancestral knowledge and traditions that are vital to the Maleku community.
We anticipate having our core team in place by the end of the year, paving the way for the meaningful work of planting the first crops.
In the meantime a supporter donated funds to buy needed rubber boots for 50 Maleku. We hope you like the photos.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us. Your continued support makes it all possible.
Warm regards, The SoulGives Team
