Dear Donors,
Over the past six months, Tana River Life Foundation (TRLF) has been actively raising funds through GlobalGiving to construct twin toilet blocks in public primary schools across the remote Tana Delta region of Kenya. Your generosity have kept this important initiative moving forward.
We are pleased to share that implementation is scheduled to begin from September/October 2026, with the construction of the first one or two twin toilet blocks. These facilities will provide safe, clean and dignified sanitation for school-going children, particularly girls, while improving hygiene, reducing absenteeism and creating a more child-friendly learning environment in rural schools.
Every contribution, regardless of its size, is helping us restore dignity and improve educational outcomes for children who have long lacked adequate sanitation facilities. As we commence construction, we look forward to sharing photographs, progress updates, and the impact your support is making in the lives of these learners.
