Challenge

The problem is the lack of job opportunities for people with disabilities and the need for nutritional support for children in rural areas.

Solution

This project proposes a multi-faceted solution to the problem. Through a meal box fundraising initiative, individuals can support the project financially. The project utilizes sheltered workshops to engage people with disabilities in the production of baked goods, allowing them to accumulate valuable work skills and experience. The produced bread and biscuits are then distributed to rural areas, addressing the nutritional needs of children in these underserved communities.

Long-Term Impact

The potential long-term impact of this project is multifaceted. By creating job opportunities for people with disabilities, it promotes social inclusion and economic empowerment, leading to greater independence and improved quality of life for this marginalized group. Moreover, the sustained employment of individuals with disabilities contributes to a more diverse and inclusive workforce, fostering innovation and creativity within society.
