This project develops 15 village home tourprenuers in the first 6 months with the promotion of local village life and cultural resources. With the success of village home tourism, we will be starting youth micro finance that will help in the generation of 30 more local level employment. The youth will be funded in a group of five to avoid default.
We could help to reduce the youth poverty and unemployment because of which youth draining is at extreme. Our location will be the villages of KASKI district namely Begnas or Sardhikhola. We will help them in creating employments in local level than draining abroad. Nepal really needs to address youth entrepreneurship seriously.
If we provide 40 youths with some basic skills of hospitality management and involve other community stakeholders like mothers group, guthi, NGO and local clubs is for entrepreneurial integration, we can attract 30 local tourists a day. After the profit from village home tourism, we will form a multipurpose youth cooperative with a committee of youths from different underprivileged community, an inclusive partnership. It will help with employment generation as well as local resource utilization.
The project will help in creating about 35 direct employment and 45 indirect employments. It will help in developing local enterprises and stop brain drain and muscle drain in the long run.
