Livelihood support for vulnerable households

During this reporting period, Sprout Care Foundation has supported one family of four children and six family members with food supplements to the malnourished children within the household. On addition the organization facilitated two children of the same household with medical treatment, these children had complications that required specialized medical attention. We are grateful all are doing well now. The economic crisis has hit most families as food prices and necessities hiked to abnormal levels that is not affordable to most vulnerable families. The organization assessed the poorest of the poor household and the selected families were facilitated with food supplies and medical support. The management of the organization is working hard to establish sustainable measures that will enhance capacity of needy household to sustain themselves, however this require more funds and we are working hard to achieve this.
