Food aid can also play an important role in improving the standard of nutrition, both directly by providing essential food to those who lack access to adequate food, and indirectly when provided in conjunction with nutrition education or when used to finance health inputs that complement food intakes.Sprout Care Foundation has continued to facilitate one family with food aid as per the donor request to improve the family well being.
The project plan to continue and grow this project work. During this reporting period it is evident that the poor are not forced to sell off their productive assets, children do not have to be withdrawn from school and can reduce the likelihood of future malnutrition through facilitating needy families with balanced diet meals.
