To all our partners and associates.
Thank you all very much for standing with us. The project planning stages have rarely been so long. However, we want to assure you that we are still working hand in hand with the community members in the rural areas of Ligala. At the beginning of this year, we were able to incorporate a total of 6 Groups in our activities. We were able to incorporate them into farming in different regions of Ligala on a rotational basis. We were able to support a total of 90 children to go to school and pay for half of that number Which we will continue to do up to the end of this year. Young girls who had the greatest fear that will drop out of school are now able to rejoice in classes gaining knowledge.
Seeds of Hope Educational Center will be able to graduate a total of 60 children at the end of this year to go to intermediate schools. Unfortunately, due to harsh weather conditions, our crops did not do well this year, and we hope we can be able to have irrigation schemes with your support if all goes well. Due to the harsh environmental conditions, too, the ground is also very hard, especially during the dry seasons, so our agricultural activities have not been able to do well. This is why we humbly appeal to you to help us raise enough funds to be able to sink a well not only to be used for drinking water but also as a source of irrigation schemes for the different farming regions that we work with in Ligala. Please we appeal to you to help us reach our goal and come up with this whole project that will enable us to wipe out hunger and reduce the levels of poverty amongst the residents and communities in the Ligala region. Thank you very much. And we hope you will support us.
